Zelda K. Johnson
Zelda K. Johnson, Executive Chef of Lon Lane’s Inspired Occasions, is a native of Kansas City, MO. She began her career in 1988 at the nationally renowned Country Club Plaza restaurant Plaza III Steakhouse.
In August 1999 Johnson joined the team at Inspired Occasions as a production cook. Within two years her talent took her from Assistant Chef, to Sous Chef, then to Executive Chef.
Johnson currently leads a staff of ten producing upscale food from small to large private and corporate events for Inspired Occasions.
